Follow-up with the specialist

Kenny and I headed out early Friday morning to St. Vincent hospital for my visit with the specialist. We were both crossing our fingers for good news; me more than Kenny I think. Dealing with this 'no lifting' restriction is driving me nuts! We had a good ultrasound and were able to get some great pictures, despite her bouncing off the walls. The ultrasound tech couldn't believe how active she was. She is no longer in the breech position, which I was happy to hear. And as far as the blood clot, no evidence was found. YEAH!!! Kenny is keeping close eye on me though so I don't try and become 'wonder woman'. It is really hard for me to rely on others and not be able to do things myself.

My next appointment with my regular doctor is for May 7th. Will be just shy of having 3 months left at that point. She is already just over a 1 pound in weight too.

Boy has this flown by! Good report though and that has sure brought relief.
